Authentic Shipibo Plant Medicine

Master Plant Dieta

Master Plant Dieta is a project built to be a bridge into authentic Shipibo plant medicine for those who feel the call to deeper healing. Here, you will understand what a master plant dieta really is, prepare for it responsibly, and integrate what you receive from your master plant after the dieta.

Master Plant Dieta:
A Bridge Into Shipibo Plant Medicine

When you hear the word dieta, you might think of food restrictions before a ceremony. But the dieta is a disciplined relationship with a master plant, held by a maestro. This platform is here to help you discover and understand that path, following the Shipibo lineage.

A Relationship with a master plant

What a Master Plant Dieta Actually Is

In the Shipibo tradition, a master plant dieta is a disciplined and sacred relationship with a master plant. The center of the process is your plant: making space for it through silence, restrictions, and respect, receiving the ceremonies that help you connect with it, and opening yourself to the healing and knowledge that come through that relationship. Through the icaros, the maestro works on you energetically to connect you with the plant and support the healing process. Ayahuasca can be part of the process, but the center is the bond with your master plant.
It is not a food protocol or a stronger ceremony package. It is a slower, deeper path that asks for humility, listening, and willingness to be a student of your plant.

Master Plants Are Medicines

If you come from the modern West, you were likely taught to think of yourself as mental and physical, and hence, the only way to heal is by targeting either the mind or the body. That is absolutely valid, but there’s something missing: human beings are also spiritual and energetic. For this reason, traditional medicine can’t heal problems that have a spiritual or energetic root. But plants and curanderos can do that. In the Shipibo world, master plants are medicine, teachers, and healers, and the dieta is a healing path that targets the spiritual and energetic level, ultimately touching all layers of our being: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

Why Master Plant Dieta Exists

sharing the healing power of master plants

I was facing significant trauma that was preventing me to live life to the fullest. I had tried all healing modalities, and while they helped, I still felt that darkness inside me. That’s until my first master plant dieta. It healed what I never thought possible and gifted me a new outlook on life, with gentleness, care, and love.

After experiencing first hand the incredible power of this less known work with plants, I felt called to share this with more people that are suffering and have almost lost hope to truly heal.

Because a dieta can give you that, if you’re willing to walk the path.
